MicroStim – Mn is a liquid fertilizer primarily intended for foliar application, but can also be applied to soil, irrigation water or nutrient solution. The fertilizer is designed to eliminate latent and apparent manganese deficiency. Manganese is important in the plant mainly due to its ability to change the oxidation number and therefore participates in a number of oxidation-reduction reactions. It plays an essential role in the activation of enzymes in the Krebs cycle and in water photolysis during photosynthesis. It is also involved in the synthesis of proteins, vitamins and glycides. The deficiency is particularly pronounced on sandy soils with alkaline pH or after liming of soils. Its deficiency is manifested by chlorosis in medium-aged leaves, where the nerve remains green. Furthermore, manganese deficiency has the effect of reducing photosynthetic activity and protein synthesis, resulting in reduced growth and production quality.

The fertilizer does not contain sodium. The accompanying chelate ion is K+.

Dosage

0,5-1,5 l/ha. The fertilizer is intended for foliar application in manganese-intensive or manganese-deficient crops. The correct application rate should be based on plant and soil analyses, plant sensitivity to possible phytotoxicity and climatic conditions. For doses higher than 1 l/ha it is recommended to split the dose at an interval of 14-21 days.

Storage

The fertilizer should be stored in its original packaging, in dry, lockable storage, at a temperature of +7 to +30 °C.
