MicroStim – Mo is a liquid fertilizer primarily for foliar application, but can also be applied to soil, irrigation water or nutrient solution. The fertilizer is designed to eliminate latent and apparent molybdenum deficiency. Molybdenum has a positive effect on reducing the nitrate content of the plant and converting it to the ammonium form and then incorporating it into organic compounds. It is also essential for nodule bacteria in fixing airborne nitrogen. The deficiency is particularly pronounced on acid soils, where it is bound to clay minerals and carbonates to form insoluble compounds. Because of the high mobility of molybdenum in the plant, deficiency can occur throughout the aerial part. However, molybdenum deficiency is common in younger leaves. Symptoms may be confused with nitrogen deficiency. The deficiency is manifested by a light green to yellow-green discolouration of leaves and stems from the growing tip. In hawkweed crops, the leaves become spoon-shaped and the leaf blade is reduced. In brassicas, the heart may be blinded when the plant does not form an inflorescence – a rosette.

The fertilizer does not contain sodium. The accompanying salt ion is NH4+.


0,5-2 l/ha. The fertilizer is intended for foliar application in crops demanding for molybdenum or showing molybdenum deficiency. The correct application rate should be based on plant and soil analyses, plant sensitivity to possible phytotoxicity and climatic conditions. For doses higher than 1 l/ha it is recommended to split the dose at an interval of 14-21 days.


The fertilizer should be stored in its original packaging, in dry, lockable storage, at a temperature of +7 to +30 °C.


The product is approved for use in organic production in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
